  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • Make the Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together ketchup, mayo, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Lay Out Tortillas: Place tortillas on a clean surface.

  • Sauce It Up: Spread the special sauce evenly on each tortilla.

  • Add Cheese: Sprinkle shredded cheddar evenly across each wrap.

  • Add Beef: Divide the cooked beef mixture among tortillas.

  • Top with Lettuce: Add shredded iceberg lettuce to each wrap.

  • Roll It: Roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap.

  • Toast (Optional): Pan-fry in an oiled skillet for 2–3 minutes per side or microwave in foil for 30–60 seconds.

  • Serve: Cut wraps in half and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

– Try with pickles, tomatoes, or grilled onions for extra flavor.
– Substitute ground turkey or plant-based meat for a lighter option.
– Great for packed lunches or on-the-go meals.
